Terms of service

The short version: your data stays yours. We never sell it, and we never train any model on it. You approve every action the cockpit takes.

FlowPilots is in early access. These plain-language terms are the agreement between you and FlowPilots, the operator of this service, for using the cockpit.

The service

FlowPilots connects the work tools you authorize, reads what they share with it, sorts that work, and stages suggested moves. Nothing that acts outside the cockpit - no send, no post, no settings change - runs without your in-app approval.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in credentials to yourself; activity under your account is yours.
  • Give accurate account information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, no probing or disrupting the service, no reaching for data that is not yours.
  • Connect only accounts and tools you are authorized to connect.

Early access

The service is provided as-is while in early access: features change and availability is not guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, FlowPilots disclaims warranties and limits its liability to the amount you have paid for the service.

Your data

Your data stays yours. The privacy policy describes what is collected and how to remove it.

AI and your data

  • No model is ever trained on your data. Not ours, not a vendor's.
  • Content read from a connected tool is treated as data, never as instructions. Something a message says cannot make the cockpit act.
  • Every action the AI stages - anything that would send, post, or change a setting - waits for your in-app approval. Approvals are per-action; nothing is generalized.
  • When AI processing is offered, it runs on Anthropic's API under FlowPilots' own server-side keys; Anthropic processes requests to serve them and, under its commercial terms, does not train on them.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service at any time; write to support@flowpilots.io to have your account deleted. FlowPilots can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
