Not hiring yet, and not pretending to

FlowPilots is a founder-led company of one, in early access. There are no open roles, and this page will not decorate that fact with a culture video. What it can do is tell you how the work happens, so you can decide whether to want in when the time comes.

How the work happens

  • Calm over urgency: the product's quiet-panel doctrine applies to the workday too.
  • On the record: consequential choices get decision records, and the changelog is dated the day things landed.
  • Instrument-grade: measured contrast, tested color semantics, full keyboard operability - the polish is the credibility.

When roles open

The first hires will follow the product's needs: likely engineering close to the agent harness and connectors, and marketing close to the agency buyer. If you want to be remembered when that happens, write to hello@flowpilots.io with what you do and one thing you would fix about this site.
