ABOUT

Why this exists

I have spent my career in client-facing digital marketing: web analytics, GA4 and event-stream untangling, pacing, mix modeling, keeping a dozen client accounts honest at once. The feeling that job produces is specific: six tabs open, a meeting in twenty minutes, and a low dread that something, somewhere, broke quietly and is costing someone money while you are not looking. FlowPilots is built against that feeling.

The bet

I am not betting that a smarter model wins. Models are commoditizing, and anything whose whole pitch is a model is renting its moat. The durable value is the layer that connects a sprawl of tools into one legible panel and makes acting on it safe: the approve gate, the audit trail, the honesty about what is real and what is depicted. The model is the engine you choose. The cockpit, with the trust it earns, is the aircraft.

How it is being built

In the open where it can be, and on the record everywhere: every consequential choice gets a decision record, every claim on this site traces to something that exists, and the changelog is dated the day things actually landed. The engineering has its own discipline - a merge queue, measured contrast, a design canon enforced by tests - and the build notes describe it plainly.

Where it is today

FlowPilots is a founder-led company of one, in early access. Accounts, squadrons, invites, and the Slack connector are live; MarketingWing previews on depicted data and lights up as live accounts connect. No invented customers appear on this site, because there are none to invent: if you want to be early, the waitlist is the only door.
