From the waitlist to a live cockpit

The whole path, in the order you will meet it. Every setup step below exists today; only the last one looks ahead.

   JOIN THE WAITLIST

   Early access is invite-paced. Leave your email on the join page; no card, no commitment, no account created yet.

2. 2

   THE INVITE

   When a seat opens you get an email. It links you to signup; nothing else happens without you.

   CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT

   Name, email, password. You verify your address before your first sign-in completes; unverified accounts cannot enter the cockpit.

   SECURE YOUR ACCOUNT

   Two-factor is part of setup, not an option buried in settings: add an authenticator app and store your recovery codes. The cockpit opens once your account carries both.

   CREATE YOUR ORGANIZATION

   Your organization is the wall around your data: everything you connect is isolated under it, enforced in the database itself. First sign-in walks you straight into creating one.

6. 6

   CREATE A SQUADRON

   A squadron is the room a stream of work lives in - a client, a team, a campaign. Connected tools sort their work into projects inside it. Invite members to the organization and they join you in it.

7. 7

   CONNECT SLACK

   The first connector: authorize it read-only and the cockpit starts reading what you allowed. Disconnect any time; one click purges what was ingested.

   WHAT COMES NEXT

   More connectors land through early access, and MarketingWing lights up Flow by Flow as live accounts connect. The changelog is the honest record of what is real today.
