What connects

In: the comms tools the free cockpit reads, plus each Wing's own data source (ad accounts for MarketingWing; financial accounts when FinanceWing follows). Out, as the runtime ships: agent tools built on the Anthropic Agent SDK with Model Context Protocol (MCP) surfaces, every write behind the gate below.

How an action happens

    Connector content arrives as data in a tagged envelope with provenance; it is never an instruction.

    The harness drafts the move and its reasons. Nothing has left the cockpit yet.

    Your in-app approval mints a fresh, per-action token. No token, no write: the gate denies anything without one.

    A post-action step verifies what ran matches what you approved.

    RECORD

    Actor, tool, inputs, approval, result land in an immutable audit trail built to be read.

Model output derived from connector content can never mint an approval token. Only you can.

The provider model

The guardrail contract is provider-agnostic: a deny-by-default gate ahead of every write, a per-action approval token, a post-action check, and an immutable audit. The managed default runs on the Anthropic Agent SDK; bring-your-own-key runtimes implementing the same contract are on the flight plan, not a promise for today.
